Think Fast!!

Fast paced passing drill.

Instructions

Line players up against a wall facing one player in front of the line. The player facing the line starts by throwing the ball to the player at one end of the line. That player then throws the ball right back to him as fast but as accurate as possible. Once he throws to every person twice, he should change places with a player against the wall. Continue like this until everyone has a turn.

Variations

You can also do this with 2 balls. When the player throws one ball to another player, have another ball coming right back at him. So there should be a pass coming to him as soon as he releases his pass.

Tips

Try to keep it fast paced but accurate. Also, if a player makes an obvious bad throw, make him do a lap and then rejoin the drill.

Skills

Passing, catching, hand to eye coordination, reaction times.
