Shark

A fun warm up drill.

Instructions

One player is labled as the shark. He/she starts in the center circle. All the other players start on the baseline. The Shark says go when he/she is ready. The other players must get to the opposite baseline without being taged. If they get tagged they also become a shark. They keep going back and forth untill only one player is left who is not a shark.

Variations

Players can partner up. The one partner holds onto the back of the chair of his/her partner. The partner in front pulls the other. The Shark needs a partner as well.

Variation 2: players only move their hips back and forth to propell their chairs. No pushing wheels allowed.

Variation 3: Players propell chairs backwards only. (most dangerous version)

Tips

Have fun. Call players out who go out of bounds on the sidelines. Call players out who get tagged but did not feel it.

This is the best warm up drill ever. Only moving the hips to move the wheelchair is very exhausting.
