Helps you warm up on your jump shot.
Stretch out fully before you do this drill then you’re ready Stand exactly in front of the hoop where most good shooters do and make 5-10 shots, or until you feel comfortable. Then back up and make short range jumpers. If you make 3 in a row move back and keep on going back until you feel comfortable. Then play your game or do another drill.
Do this for a long time before you do something else. All shooters do this before coming and shooting 3’s.
