Instructions

Get the kids to name the Incredibles but only use:

First things first get everyone dribbling then when you call out an Incredibles name they…

  • Mr incredible – Hold ball with both hands and jump as high as possible but use the ball to pull them further.
  • Elastigirl – Get the kids to put the ball down then follow what the coach does, which is stretching.
  • Violet – Stop dribbling and hold the ball in front of their faces and not be seen by the coach. If they are caught then they do a silly dance.
  • Dash – Sprint as fast as they can without losing control of the ball.
  • Frozone – Freeze no one should be moving.

Variations

As long as you make it fun and for the age group your working with.

Tips

Have fun and be loud.

Dribbling, strengthening legs, faster reactions and spatial awareness.

Players

1 person on the ball or in pairs.
