Pick a distance

Shot and miss mean you run laps…..

Instructions

The team lines up on the free throw line.

One behind each other.

Before you shoot the free through the coach will ask you to pick a number between 1 and 3, this will determin the distance you run

1= 1 lap of the court (up and back)
2= 2 laps of the court (up and down up and down)
3= 3 laps of the court ( up and down ect ect)

If you miss you run the number of laps you picked if you score you go to the back of the line.

Once a person is out they must run the laps with the following person that missed.
High percentage shooters should be picking 3 each time.

Variations

Changing the shooting possion then increasing the number of laps, for instance shooting a 3 point shot then changing the laps to 6.
