Layup practice

The drill is to have good speed and to be good at layups.

Instructions

Well first you get three people, one at the fail line, one under the net, and one about 20 inches on the left of the guy under the net. After the fourth guy runs bounce or chest pass it to the guy at the fail line, after he runs a little bit more and the guy at the fail line bounce or chest pass it back to the guy thats running than the guy thats running does a layup and then the guy under the net gets it and passes it to the guy 20 inches beside him then the guy that is at the fail line goes under the net and the guy under the net goes 20 inches on the left of him and the guy that was running goes at the fail line and the guy that was 20 inches beside the other guy goes back and does the same thing that the guy was running did and then you keep on going.(If there is more players than make 3 go at the places i said in the begining and put the rest in a line).
