Improves fast breaks and is fun for all the players.
You have 4 people at one side of the court that start out with the ball and 3 defensive players on the other side. The group goes down to the other side and tries to score within 5-10 seconds. The person who scores or turns it over goes back to play defense on the other end of the court with another person that was not playing while the 3 former defenders have the ball and try to score on that end then repeat the process. Players must go full speed.
Change the numbers to 2 on 1 and 3 on 2.
Play at full speed because this is conditioning.
