It helps get your legs stronger and it helps with dribbling.
Run up and down the court as fast as you can while dribbling. But do keep control of the ball.
Just keep practicing, never give up.

You can also try to dribble with 2 balls at the same time. It will be hard at the beginning to quesitons about that, but will time you’ll improve and then when you come back to dribble with one ball it’ll be way easier. You can even combine dribbling with 2 balls with running in 8 formation, then run as fast as you can and immediately slow down and etc.
