Heel lifts

Helps build calves and makes you jump higher, trust me it works. I have played in the NBA and this REALLY WORKS. Email me for more tips and questions.

Instructions

Stand with your feet shoulder length apart. Then raise your heels up off the floor, and do this over 100 or more times.

Variations

You could do it with hands on a wall, or just standing up.

Tips

Try to do this every day for more than 100 times if you want to build your calves muscles up. To be able to jump higher, take it very serious. Email me if you need more tips. Trust me.

Skills

Vertical leap and jumping ability.
