Helps you get in the game and also helps you to grab the ball more.
What you do is get in a straight line at the base line and then the coach is at the top and rolls you the ball gently and softly and then you run and slide on your stomach and grab the ball.
You have to wear knee pads (or at least wrapping around the knees) unless you want to serious floor burns.
Works on being more aggressive.

This is a great drill and I wish that all coaches would teach their players about it. The only problem that I have is that this is a HUSTLE drill and unfortunately this is not something that can be taught. Hustle is either something that you have or you don’t.
