75 in 5

Make 75 baskets in 5 minutes.

Instructions

Set clock to 5 minutes. Each basket counts as 1 point.

Three lines each end. Three basketballs at one end, two balls at the other.

First group of three players move the ball down court passing ball from side to side through middle man. Middle man drives to the basket for lay up at far end. Wing players receive passes from players on baseline at far end, jump stop and shoot.

Next group now heads back up the floor the opposite way and repeats.

Variations

Instead of passing through middle man, run like 3 man weave.

Tips

No dribbling except for drive to basket for layup.

Skills

Passing, shooting, lay ups, full court transition offense. Encourages players to work for each other and grow into a team.
