5 minute drill

It helps build speed game, coordination and shooting game shots.

Instructions

Make a line at half court.
Put a cone at the end of the sideline at the corner.
Put another cone at the edge of the free throw lines at the elbow.

The first player sprints with a ball to the first cone at the end of the sideline, then makes a move (spin, reverse, etc.) and spirnts to the other cone at the elbow of free throw and finally making a last move to shoot a jump shoot. ( is a one second last quarter shoot, loosing bby 1 point for a championship game) this helps the players with there acquracy

Variations

You can do lay ups, pass to the posting man, or any move, you can also do competitions.

Tips

Tell the players that the game is on their hands.

It develops shooting, dribbling and coordination abilities.
