Free throw drill run by the University of Wisconsin.
We use as many baskets as we can. We put 3 guys at a basket — one ball. On the far end on the gym we have the remainder of the players stand in a line. Once a player has shot his two free throws he sprints to the line of players at the other end and slap hands with guy in front of the line. That player then sprints to the basket that was just vacated. We just keep it going. We do this for about 10 minutes.
Free throws when tired.
