Through the cones and to the hoop

A way to improve on your ballhandling and your layups.

Instructions

First you need to find some obstacles, cones if you have ‘em. Then line them up in front of the basketball goal, then go though them with your right hand and once you get the end of the obstacles try to make a layup. The do same with your left hand, if it gets away from you never touch it with the other hand. Also, if you miss the shot keep trying ‘til you make it. When you get the hang of it you’re ready to go

Tips

If you have more hustle then you’ll accomplish more skill.

Skills
