Helps improve your arch and gets your arm straight and gets your rotation better.
Start under the basket using one hand and make 8 shots in a row and then move back one step until you reach the free throw line. Make sure your arm is straight and you use one arm and the technique given! (Reminder, do this drill before you take any other shot on the court because it will give you confidence, also even if your in your driveway do this drill and make sure not to take any other shots on the court until after you do this drill!)
You can try this dill from the side of the basket or in front of the basket just as long as you start underneath the basket.
Make your players warm up with this drill.
