Taking out the trash
You can really improve your shooting game and your dribbiling game.
Instructions
Put one big garbage can in front of the free throw line and do a crossover to get past it after youdrive by it do a pullup jumpshot or lay up.
Variations
You can put 2 or more big trash cans instead of one. You can also use diffrent things like chairs etc.
Tips
Do a diffrent crossover every time, and move fast .
