Start by doing a right hand lay up. If you make it, go to the left hand lay up. If you make it take 3 steps back and shoot. If you make it, take 4 steps back then shoot again. Go to the free throw line and shoot. If you make it, then go in between the 3 point line and free throw line and shoot. If you make it, then go to the 3 point line. If you make it, keep on taking 2-5 steps back.
Try moving back in different areas. Example go diagonal or straight from the basket.
