The whole point of this drill is to beat yourself. First shoot jumpers from anywhere. Keep on shooting until you miss. Then count how many you made straight. Now this is what you will try to beat. Just keep doing it until you want to stop or until you beat your own number.
All you need for this drill is a basketball.
This will increase your shooting and mental strength.
