Good way to improve shooting!!
If you are a right hander have your right legs about and inch or two in front of your left foot – visa versa for lefties. Then keep your elbow alligned with your front leg. When you have those two ready shoot extending you arm fully and wrist extended.
First do this 3-4 feet away from hoop then when you feel comfortable move away to 5-6 and then keep moving back until you are a perfect shooter!
Keep at it, it takes about a week.
Perfect form! Believe me.
1 or 2 for a rebounder.
