Best of all 3 Worlds! Watch TV, eat, and play basketball at the same time. Larry Bird, Lebron James, Allen Iverson, and Kobe Bryant did this very drill!!!
When your at home, your friends house or wherever, you can do this drill. It’s simple. Just get a basketball, get on the floor and shoot the ball in the air. When you first start, adjust your form until it’s most comfortable for you. When you got it how you want it do it at least 250 times. All depends on how good you want to be.
After a week or two of being dedicated to this drill it gets old. By this time your shot should be like butter. But you could do this drill with a medicine ball to expand your range. Then you’ll really be unstoppable!!!
Do this watching in front of the TV during commercials and/or inbetween biting your sandwich. It’s reeeaaal convenient.
