You can use any hoop. Take the ball and shoot it with one hand. Make sure that your arm is at a 90 degree angle. And make sure you spread your fingers out on the ball. Start from close and move outwards. Besides you really shoot with one hand anyway. If you can not shoot somewhere on the floor with one hand that means it is out of you range. Remember lock your elbows and make sure your hand like bounces and have a high-arc. All you wanna hear is swish!
