Air Shot

Anytime you can, go through your shooting motion. Remember to use basic shooting technique (elbow in, follow through, smooth release, elbow at a right angle, off hand guiding the ball, et cetera). You do not need a ball, just imagine you are holding a basketball and shoot just like you would on the court. This may look strange in public, but this drill combined with practicing on a real court will make your shot more fluid, increase accuracy, help focus, and overall make a jump-shot seem like second nature.

Bump

You need two basketballs. Line up behind the freethrow line and the first person shoots the ball. Then 2nd person shoots after. If the 1st person made it then they give the next person the ball that doesn’t have in line and get in the back. If a person shoots misses and the other person made it before that person makes it then they get out. If you miss you get your rebound and try to get it in before the person after you. Last person still in wins.

King of the Court

One person is at the foul line, while the other is at the baseline under the goal the first person is shooting at. The person on the baseline rolls the ball to the person on the foul line. When the shooter gets the ball they try to shoot the ball before the roller gets on you and guards you, or you can dribble a maximum of three times. If the shooter makes it, the next person in line on the baseline takes the rollers job and does what he did, but if the shooter misses it, the roller takes his place. When all the people have had a turn to shoot, the person who made it the most amount of times wins.
