Freestyle shooting that will help you shoot better all around and will improve your shooting confide

This is like a warm up only more intense. It only requires one person so you can do it anytime. You need one ball to shoot with.

Instructions

To do the drill all you have to do is shoot around. But you have to get your missed shot before it goes out of bounds or the shot that you made. Everytime you shoot sprint to get the ball. Do this in sets of 100 (one hundred) three times. It will help your shooting and stamina. Try to shoot everywhere on the court even three (3) pointers. Its helps if you imagine you are in the NBA and it is a game situation. This will also give you more conficence in shooting.

Variations

One variation is to try to do it with two balls which is much more challenging because it requires you to think more.

Tips

Coaches need to use this drill every practice and encourage your athletes to use this at home it will help them practice better and will help them play in the season better. (which will make it a whole lot easier on you).

Skills

It will increase your shooting ability from all places on the court. It will also increase your stamina so you can shoot, run, and still be able to breathe. It will also increase your game confidence in yourself. Especially the imaging it is a game situation and that you are in the NBA.
