Catch and Shoot
Improving your catch and shoot.
Instructions
If you have a basket near a wall then this can really help your catch and shoot. Simply throw the ball off the wall to yourself and shoot. Try different types of passes such as high and low to make you prepared for many different situations.
Tips
Try 100 shots of each pass.
