Be a better player in shooting and b-handling
Improve in your shooting and b-handling.
Instructions
Play like you are in a real game for shooting making up moves, include spin, crossover etc… and for ballhandling use a small basketball or tennisball and play like you are in a real game but don’t shoot.
Tips
Imagine you are playing vs your number 1 rival or against Michael Jordan.
