Vander Boards

3 on 3 continuous rebounding.

Instructions

Divide into 3 teams of 2, 3, or 4. First players in line are defense (D) and rotate one spot to the right. Second in line is the offense (O). Coach shoots, D boxes out, O goes for the offensive rebound. If D gets the rebound, that player gets 1 point. If O gets the rebound, that player gets 2 points. When a a D player reaches 3 points, they rotate to the end of their orignial line and the O player moves to D in that line with the second player in the orignial D line moving to O. When an O player reaches 3 points, they go to the end of their line and are replaced by the next player in their line. When all players in your original line reach 3 points individually, your line wins. Losing teams run 2 baselines.
