The player begins about 4 feet straight out from the basket, ball in hand. At the word ‘go’, he has 60 seconds to bank in as many shots underneath as possible. Player retrieves the ball after every shot, hopefully as it falls through the net and before it hits the floor. Player can count his own or have a partner do it. Player cannot travel, but can reposition with one dribble if necessary after regaining the ball. Yell ‘stop’ after 60 seconds.
Chart the players’ progress each time. If the player has a partner, do the drill twice each before stopping.
