Helps rebounding.
Put the ball down on the floor and have it not move. Then have 1 player about 5 feet away faceing the ball. Have someone else faceing that person. On go the player facing the ball trys to get it while the other person boxes him out. Then they switch.
If the person boxing out, boxes out for more then five seconds then the other person runs a lap if the person doesn’t box out for more then 5 seconds then that person runs.
