Box Out and Score

Rebounding ball, outlet, and score.

Instructions

First start with two players on the elbow. One player is boxing out the other. Coach has ball, and yells go. Player boxes out while coach shoots the ball. Whomever gets the rebound he passes back to the coach and opens up for a shot. Other player defends.

Variations

Once it is done with 2 players (1-on-1), use 4 (2-on-2), 6 (3-on-3), up to 5-on-5.

Tips

Stress the correct way of boxing out. Also grab ball at its highest point with elbows out.
