Passing and dribbling behind the back

A seriously sweet and easy drill, all you need is a golf ball.

Instructions

I actually discovered this by slacking off on my job at the local golf course. You take a golf ball in your hand, bring it behind your back, toss it into the air and catch with the other hand. A lot like juggling, you would not believe how confident and accurate you become with passing behind your back. A bonus to this is you begin to develop an almost sixth sense when dribbling behind your back.

Variations

Try catching with the same hand you tossed the ball with

Using more cumbersome objects such as pens, dowelling, footballs, and even basketballs. Try not watching it, or doing two objects at the same time.

Tips

Make sure your area is clear of valuables. I almost cleared my bosses desk with a near disastrous stray golf ball

Skills

Passing and dribbling (behind back).
