Double dribble

A drill that improves timing, passing, and catching.

Instructions

Break into pairs of 2, each person has a ball. Have one person throw chest passes while the other throws bounce passes. Call directions such as “switch” for them to swap passes (the one throwing bounce passes will throw chest passes). “Faster” or “slower” work well.

Variations

Different commands.

Tips

Try to mix it up by putting bad passes with better ones.
