Instructions

Get at the end of the court, and set up 3 lines (make sure they’re even) and step on the court. The middle person has the ball. He/she throws the ball to the right side, when you throw it make sure you go behind the person who you threw it to. Then the person who has the ball throws it to the person on the left. When they catch it the person who threw it, runs behind that person, and the person who has the ball, throws it to the person who had the ball first, then they go to the goal and make a lay-up.
