2 people get on each side of the rectangle.1 person has a ball. The coach blows the whistle and both people take off down the court and the person that has the ball throws it down the court in front of the other person. The other person gets the ball and makes a layup into the other basket. If the other person donsn\‘t catch it or it goes to far in front of them, then make a 2nd pass back to the ball thrower so they can make a layup or shot.

Generating team confidence and trust by passing with a brief moment of eye contact.
Have all team players stand in a circle, arms length apart for spacing. Start with one ball, this will be the ‘chest pass’ ball. In order for the player to pass the ball, they MUST have EYE CONTACT with the person they are passing to and IMMEDIATELY pass it. When ready, introduce a second ball, the \‘bounce pass\’ ball. Remember to step forward when passing and eye contact must be there for the person to pass the ball. A third ball maybe introduced if they are ready.

Have three people line up and give one person on the end a ball. Allow only bounce passes. The people on the ends can dribble toward the person in the middle, but cannot pass them up. Once the person in the middle gets the ball, the player who made the mistake goes in the middle.

Have 5 players line up in a semi-circle. One player will line up on the flat side of the semicircle. 2 players should be on each side of him, about 15 ft. away. 2 people are sort of on the wings, and one is up top, all standing 15 ft. away. The man on the flat side of the ball, the receiver will start out with one ball. A player in the circle will start with the other. Once the receiver lets go of the ball, a player in the circle will throw it to the receiver, and it keeps going like that.

Take 3 lines and the middle line starts with the ball. The middle man throws to the guy on the right and goes behind him. Right guy throws to left guy and right guy cuts behind him. Left guy then throws to middle man and middle man shoots layup.
