This drill improves both your offensive rebounding and shooting.
Stand next to one side of the hoop and shoot it off the backboard. Rebound if you make it or miss it, jump to the other side and do the same, and keep doing it for thirty seconds, or you can change this number. See how many you make in the time.
Work for a number of shots, like thirty, and time how long it takes.
