I formation

It is very easy to do.

Instructions

One guy goes to the sideline and the other four goes to the freethrow line. When the guy in the sideline gets the ball from the refferee, the other four quickly starts moving to try and get the ball. This will get the other team surprise and you can get the ball easily.

Tips

Just be attentive and always look at the ball.
