On both left and right side of hoop do full court layups.
Start on any side of the basket and get to the freethrow line on the other side of the court in 2 to 3 dribbles, with a crossover or dribble move at the freethrow line.
4 times (note: back and forth once is 1).
This should be the first drill you do.
Conditioning, finishing, ability to use both hands.
