A team of 5 men line up on the base line with the order from left to right of 3, 4, 5, 1, 2. The team runs down the floor and the 5 runs behind the 1 to their right. the 5 and 4 go to the blocks and the 3 and 2 men go to the wing. the point guard passes the ball to the 5 the first time down court then the 4 then the 3 the 2 and then the 1 goes all the way down the floor for a lay-up then the drill is over and the next group of 5 go up.
