Four offensive players (plus 2 chairs simulating post players) vs. 3 defensive players in a zone.
Use this to prepare your team for a good zone defense. Four offensive players on the perimeter must stay put. 3 defensive players are allowed to move wherever. Two chairs set up on the blocks. The offense gets 2 points for a made basket or 1 point if they can hit the chairs with a pass. Defense gets one point for every rebound. Play until offense gets 7pts or defense gets 4pts. Coach inbounds the ball to start each set by passing to a different offensive player.
Defending perimeter and post in a zone. Moving the ball quickly against a zone.
