Easy little deffense drill that does not take very long at all. Plus it really helps!
Start off in any corner and get in defensive stand and slide to the freethrow line, half court line, other free throw line, then the end of the court and do the same thing going back.

This will help you stay low on deffense and even if it hurts keep doing it it will really help your deffense skills.
