The Pistol

Quickness drill helps build coordination and concentration.

Instructions

One player holds the ball at the back of the neck of the other player. The player that is not holding the ball holds his hands out in front of him then the player with the ball drops it the player with out the ball does not know when he is going to drop it when he feels the ball drop he claps his hands in front and catches the ball behind him.

Tips

  • Have your team work a lot on ball handling and quickness drills to improve their ability to get the ball down the court to score.
