The Mountain

Really helps your players to come out of breath.

Instructions

First the coach decides how much the hole team should be punished, then 2 teams is made… For an example: Coach says 10, divides the team, and places them at left and right baseline. Then first team is ready. Coach SCREAMS GO! and team 1 sprints a full court up and down. When team 1 have returned, team 2 sprints one full court up and down. Then team 1 sprints 3 x full court up and down. When they have returned, it\‘s team 2s turn… and so on, and so on… How many times the teams should run is usually up to coach, but I do: 1-3-5-7-10 and then back again: 10-7-5-3-1…

After this, they def. need a water break smile

Tips

If you have a really kick ass team then simply do 15 times… this means that they have to run 82 times up and down the court… after this they will know why it’s called the mountain… he he…

Skills

The run fast skill grin

Players

The hole team divided into 2 teams… This means if you\‘re 10, then it\‘s 5 on each team.
