Players combine sprints with muscle work to fatigue.
Players start on one baseline. Sprint to other baseline and do 1 push up. Sprint back and do 2 push ups, etc up to 5. When they’ve completed 5 push ups, they continue drill using, sit ups, jumping jacks and the last 5 are straight sprints. Players will finish at the same baseline as they started.
Encourage players as they will be exhausted near the end. Those finished early or waiting should also encourage teammates. Get them to push the last sprint as hard as they can. Start off using half court if needed-work up to using full court.
