Run from base line to freethrow line, back to the base line, half court, back to the base line, opposite freethrow line, back to base line, opposite freethrow line, back to the baseline.
Variations
Maybe use different lines or use all of the lines which is called a homicide.
Tips
Use if team does something wrong that you have repeatedly told them. Trust me, after running a few of these for it they will get the picture and do as you ask.
