Have your kids run rats but at every line they stop and do 10 push-ups.
The kids run and do 10 push-ups at the free throw line, then at the baseline, then at half court, then baseline, then far free throw line, then baseline, then far baseline, then baseline.
Conditioning and upper body strength.
As many as you can fit on the baseline.
