Works great.
Split team up into 2 groups, and send 1 group to one side and the other group to the other side. (Best with about 5 at each hoop). Both groups should have a ball.
1st player in each line throws it at the backboard and runs to the opposite side to do the same. The rest of the players follow.
Go for 1 minute. Rest for 30 seconds. Repeat 8-10 times.
Go for 2 minutes, and count it as 2 times.
Make sure your players tip the ball in the air.
