Front, front, back, back

The front, front, back, back makes your arms and legs move quicker.

Instructions

While you are doing this, you are supposed to move forward, not staying in place.

Make sure your feet go in front of you: Right hand tap left foot, left hand tap right foot. Then make sure your feet go behind you this time: Right hand tap left foot, left hand tap right foot.

Do it again until you reach the end of the court.
