Four quarters (suicides)

You’ll be in shape after a week!

Instructions

(I’ll give it in beginner instructions) Every court has four quarters. Four lines that go horizontally across the court. Your mission is to start at either side of the court and run to the first quarter and back to where you started, then run to the second quarter and back to where you started, and then the same with the third quarter and the fourth quarter. Then rest four about a minute or two and then do it again. A good coaching tip is to use however many points you loose by if you loose and make the team run the amount of points they lost by in suicides. (Example, you lose by seven you run seven suicides.)

Variations

none

Tips

After each practice, let your team pick out one player for a free throw challenge. If they make the free throw; no suicides. If they don’t, they have to run one more suicide.

Skills

Agility and balance.
