4 stations,each group at a diffrent station.
1) high knee-ropes.
2) 50 yds.bearcrawl, sprint back,repeat.
3) deathly up-hill run(1/2 mile).
4) 100 yds. up-downs repeat each station for 10 minutes then sprint to next station.
