An endurance drill made to make a team that won’t be our ran, filled with continual movement.

Instructions

The whole team lines up on the sidelines then runs the width of the court 7 times then pauses for a 1 minute break then runs the width 11 times, pauses for a 1 1/2 minute break then runs the with 21 times, the pauses for a 2 minute break then back 11 times, then 7 times to finish.

Variations

Add more widths to increase endurance or lessen the break time to increase ability to last a game. To make it harder have them run the widths in a certain amount of time.

Tips

Have them start out at a slower pace until they are able to learn how to manage their speed and enegry.

Skills

Endurance, speed, strength.

Players

1 or whole team.
