1-7-1

Sprints, being timed, 1-7-1…good to push urself to improve.

Instructions

You 1st run one sprint as fast as you can down the court, your coach times it. Say the last person runs in at 7 seconds. You then take 7 x’s 7 which would be 49 secs. You have 49 seconds to run 7 sprints. After that you will have a 30 second break, and then you will run one more sprint to see if you can get under 7 seconds.

Tips

Always try to beat ur time of the 1st sprint with ur last sprint after the 7.

Skills

Conditioning, self-goals.

Players

As many or as less, doesn’t matter.
