Up and around
Have two people run up and around a coach standing on the free throw line. The coach hands the ball off to the guy running on the inside and then they play 1 on 1 in the paint.
Instructions
Have a coach stand on the free throw line then have two players stand on each side of the coach on the baseline. Have the players run around the coach: the offensive player on the inside and the defensive player runs on the outside of the coach. Then the players play one on one in the paint.
Tips
Make sure the players know if they are going inside or outside of one another.

Teaches how to go strong to the hole.
